Pros

Love it here. Supporting our partners, I get to work with smart, driven people who actually care. Leadership trusts us, backs us, and gives room to grow. Fast-moving, lots to do, and big on impact.

Cons

Things move fast—great for growth, but can feel overwhelming at times. Cross-functional alignment is still a work in progress. Growing pains come with scaling—some processes are still being figured out. High expectations mean work-life balance can be a challenge if you’re not proactive.

Pros

- Provides employment - Engineers and the product managers that work with them are composed of kind, capable individuals.

Cons

- At times, unemployment might feel like a more favorable option than remaining here. - Job security is highly unstable, with frequent and abrupt employee departures. - Much of the engineering documentation is outdated, largely due to high turnover among those who originally built the systems. - It became a pattern over time to see interviewers leave shortly before or after new hires joined - It’s difficult to understand how the product continues to function given the ongoing loss of the people responsible for building and maintaining it.
