Small company, people are very laid back, rewards and treats corporate culture. Free lunches and ongoing team activities.

It all depends on the team, the team I was on was not the best. -There was way too much favoritism. -Many false promises and lies from management. -Management cares nothing about you if you are not in the small buddy group
