      -Reasonable hours -Competent head of department -Not a big focus on metrics -Gradual training and orientation period

      -Pay could be better -Not much career advancement within the department -Incompetent middle management

      Pros

      They are a software company. Cost of living is low in Oshkosh, WI. They are switching over to become more in alignment with parent company Henry Schein - you start off with four weeks paid time off now. Working hours are flexible for me.

      Cons

      Salary may not be as high as other areas. Same cons as other companies I suppose.

      Pros

      A decent company to work for before they merged with a larger corporation. Former management was considerate of and took care of its employees. Benefits are okay when you achieve full-time status, which doesn't come easy.

      Cons

      Only interested in the bottom line and profit margins. Serious lack of communication between departments. No real opportunities for advancement. Not a very employee-friendly company anymore. Some members of the management team are grossly under-qualified to be in positions of management.
