      Pros

      great culture with very friendly and helpful people, Room to grow if you put the work in, VERY low turnover in non-management roles.

      Cons

      Low pay for the work. After corporate buyout local management is powerless to implement changes what made this a great and growing company. Change of focus means resources and employees are being devalued. Management level employees are leaving at a rapid rate.
