Pros

I got a platform where people trust you, they work with you to grow and most important, got life lessons from company's program like learn and grow & learn and code. It is very had to express but I feel that everyone should experience this culture which is not available easily in corporate world. The company cares so much about a person's goals, limitations and discovering the capabilities It works to create the next generation leaders who are willing to be there for every employee and provide constant support in achieving one's dreams. Everyone is treated equally here and gets the opportunity to express their views here. Best company to work for freshers as well as experienced persons.

Cons

I didn't see anything yet, so for I had a good work experience here, And it's not for Lazy people.

Pros

1.Managers are supportive 2. Culture is good. 3. Efforts are made to build relationship among teammates. 4. There is no vp or ceo sort of thing you can reach anyone they would respond. 5 . Lots of sessions on personality growth.

Cons

1. Lots of work pressure 2. No work from home even in covid they put employees life at risk for their business 3. No great projects to work mostly testing or support projects 4. No worl life balance. They feel work is life. 5 Very less leaves just 1.5 per month including sick.
