I cannot think of any pros.
Cons
-No work life balance at all, -They tell you "we are your family and a people first company" but don't even have the courtesy to treat you like a human. -There are no perks, and the pay is really low. You'll end up wondering if it's even worth going to work as your are here to "Create Abundance" and not earn a damn thing -Must be willing to bootlick managers, otherwise they will make sure you are living in hell. - Will shove down their "culture" in your throat.
