Company is ok, going in the direction of low code no code but don't have required developers for that.

Good learning programs for freshers.

Cons

Not a lot of growth opportunities for senior employees. You don't have a say in what tech you work on and are often bumped from backend to low code no code.

Cons

After an employee resigns, management’s behavior often changes, as if they feel betrayed—even when the employee continues to work with full efficiency and dedication during the notice period.
