Nice environment, no politics at higher management, transparency. CEO listens to you

Cons

Managers at lower level are stupid, People run away from becoming a lead because they need to stay awake for whole night. Client is GOD if he says start meeting at 12AM in night you have to do it.

Provides so much opportunity to learn( By different Sessions- Learn & Grow, Learn & Contribute, Code Complete, Sessions on perticular languages) You can find following things here and in you *Transparency. *Abundance. *Leadership.

If you are lazy, sneaky don't go for this company, Managers will pressurize you to lot of work and you can not hide here and there.
