Great Place for New RBTs and aspiring BCBAs.

Pros

BCBA support is always available, Good BT training program, opportunities to advance, great community amongst RBTs, management will work with you when going through a personal crisis, client's safety is prioritized.

Cons

Insurance is a bit expensive per week, PTO is earned slowly, there is not always coverage and can cause reduced hours, a lot of rule changes for client play items (no squishy balls, removed big trampoline, no yoga balls, no orbees, no bikes)

Schedules are made the day of so you may not know if you need to be in by 825am until 730am.
