- Communication needs to improve within the departments and within each team
- Favoritism needs to stop
- There are employees who perform minimum work and get away with it whereas other employees who work ten times harder and come in on their days off are not even recognized for employee of the month
- The training has been improved but employees personalize their own way of doing their work (for example: the lack of professional etiquette in composing emails)
- Some people will attempt to sink you if you perform a mistake
- The connectivity issues and IT issues in general hardly improve
- Foul language/profanity is common in regular conversations between co-workes which is distracting and not professional
- Some employees have been hired due to someone knowing them but they are not qualified for the job and tend to create more work for other employees
