      salary for position was good...decent benefits

      they do not compensate you for unused vacation time. Use it or lose it.

      Friendly environment, lots of fun and new tech toys.

      Cons

      New tech toys tend to go into production without really being thought out. Management tends to rule out of fear. People tend to get canned for the smallest mistakes.
