They exploit these poor folks expecting them to work unreasonable hours knowing that they will lose their visa if they refuse Senior Leadership is non-existent, there is no direction or strategy which results in constant fire fighting and overtime work Management pushes terrible ideas and sets up people to fail and scapegoats and fires them when they do
