- Technical Learning - Internet bill claim, vision/ Dental claim up to 10k - No more deductions from salary except Tax & PF - No Late night works, Working time 9:30 to 6:30.

Cons

- Sometimes work pressure - Politics - Meetings will be late night, but time flexibility is there.
