- fun, relaxed, and supportive work environment - above average pay in this industry for China - incredibly smart, dedicated, and inspiring colleagues - working with people from all over the world and have diverse set of experiences - hard work is recognized and rewarded

Cons

- Time investment: During the fall you do have to work longer hours and be more involved in students lives. This can become demanding and tiring - If work life balance is important to you, you'll have to put in extra effort to maintain a life outside of work. This work can be all consuming if you want it to be. If you don't, make sure you make time to yourself and keep that time sacred. - No insurance provided for employees
