- Wonderful leadership team who works to make sure employees are getting what they need to get the job done (training, support, etc.) and give opportunities for professional growth. - Co-workers from every city (New Haven, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Seoul) are great to work with. - Remote employees can make their own schedule. - International travel to China and South Korea.
Cons
- No 401K plan - Startup mentality - Time zone differences can make for an erratic schedule, but that comes with the territory of international work.
