Pros

You learn a lot about linux and a lot of sys admin skills and the people are great

Cons

The downside is that you are sitting on your desk straight for 8 hours taking back to back to back phone calls. It is very draining. At the same time you are asked to do emails or answer chats while at the same time making sure to keep the quality at 100% , it's too much. and not too mention that the customers can become abusive. On top of that you're supposed to end every phone call within 15 min. and emails within 30 min. or else management is all over you, so you unintentionally end up rushing the customer off the phone or providing a below average response to the email just so you can meet the time limit. They say that if you escalate to a higher tier early you will always make the time... but the higher tier that you escalate to is taking escalations from like 30 other people so they can't even give you full attention.

Pros

Relaxed environment. They hire within the company and very professional and offer a lot of opportunities in a diverse field. Also have excellent benefits.

Cons

Too strict on QA. Training could use some fine tuning.

Pros

The culture they are trying to cultivate is fantastic. There is genuine effort to bring some stress relief to employees - but then they make the job as stressful as possible.

Cons

There are some pretty ridiculous practices in place there. Really low pay, no respect for employees, especially considering the level of expertise required to do even t1 work there. Employees are required to handle multiple clients simultaneously, which is a pretty horrible way to deliver a satisfactory experience to customers.
