Pros

Some really nice people work there. Frequent promotions due to scale of unhappiness and firings. Customer Service team are friendly and well managed.

Cons

Lack of breaks. Managers expect overtime and constantly demand 110% to cover for their own shortcomings. Support Manager is inconsistent, rude, inappropriate, and demoralizing. PTO is only approved when coverage is found per the Support Manager's instruction so rest of team gets stressed out. Favorites are given special roles when they fail at their job.

Pros

Excellent learning environment and great opportunity to gain valuable experience. They offer multiple shifts, great learning resources, extremely intelligent individuals, and a very good company overall.

Cons

It can be very stressful and has a high turn-over rate. Also it can be a hostile work environment with management keeping track of progress constantly. Performance is almost completely based on numbers and your statistics.

Pros

Relaxing, controlled, dress code is very reasonable, free food. Very good hours, i basically picked my schedule. Also, overtime is always available if you want it.

Cons

Im not sure yet. I haven't been working here long enough to form a valid opinion of any downsides in my personal opinion.
