We provide a variety of opportunities and resources for our team members to take part in such as Continued Education trainings that focus on both technical and soft skills, dedicated time for professional development each week within our Customer Success team and professional development funds for tuition and certification reimbursement available to all team members. In addition, some of our other development-focused programs include Walk-a-Day shadowing opportunities, Career Coaching meetings with HR, a Peer Mentor Program, and dedicated long-term training programs focused on building leadership skills. When considering candidates for open positions within the company, we often consider both external and internal candidates. At times, we only recruit internally for positions as a way to help encourage the professional growth of our current team members. Thank you again for your feedback.
