Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found an organized work environment with effective communication as well as flexibility in work location. Our Operations team works closely with management to regularly review contact volume and look at anticipated volume in order to create our schedules so we can continue to provide assistance to customers in a timely fashion. The average volume of contacts we receive tends to be lower over the weekend so we do schedule less team members during that time. In scheduling our customer-facing team members, we do offer longer shifts for those that prefer to work 4 days a week instead of 5 with the benefit of having 3 days off each week. Our paid time off benefit increases in accordance with years of service. To manage contact volume in real time, we recently introduced new Workflow Management Specialists to our team that monitor and assign volume in order to make adjustments as contact volume changes. Again, we appreciate your feedback as we are always looking to improve. If there is anything else you would like to share, please reach out to us at recruiters@inmotionhosting.com.

Thank you for providing feedback on your time as an IMH team member. When our founders created our Core Values, it was important to them to include "We Care". InMotion Hosting cares not only about the success of our customers, but about our team members as well. We encourage our team members to take part in our Employee Suggestion program and our Engagement Forums so they can share any ideas for change and create an environment that they can be proud of. When team members are unable to work due to certain situations out of their control, we work with the team member to see if there is anything we can do to help fix the situation. Solutions may include calling their power or internet company or working with our Internal IT team to help with troubleshooting hardware or software. We will review the situations as they come up on a case by case basis but, in most cases, this does not impact the team member’s metrics. We have a very strong focus on team member development and work hard to create an environment that supports growth and advancement. When considering candidates for open positions within the company, we often consider both external and internal candidates. At times, we may only recruit internally as a way to help encourage the professional growth of our current team members. Those opportunities can be found on a dedicated page of our internal Wiki site and also through announcements made to company wide Slack channels. Additional ways we encourage professional growth and development of our team members is through different program opportunities. These programs include our Continued Education trainings that focus on technical and soft skills, professional development funds for tuition and certification reimbursement, Walk-a-Day shadowing opportunities, Career Coaching meetings with HR, our Peer Mentor Program, and others. Again, we appreciate your feedback as we are always looking to improve. If there is anything else you would like to share, please reach out to us at recruiters@inmotionhosting.com.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed a supportive environment as we strive to provide resources and opportunities for our team members to grow their career within the company. When new products or product updates are released there are a series of communication events that take place including product specific Slack channels for leaders, communication to an internal company blog site, notifications sent out across company wide Slack channels, and even internal training for affected teams. When updates are deemed extremely important, each team member who needs to be aware is required to digitally acknowledge that they received the information through our ACK System. We are always looking at communication across groups, especially since moving to a more remote environment, so we will continue to re-evaluate our channels and make custom communication plans as needed. When considering candidates for open positions within the company, we often consider both external and internal candidates. At times, we may only recruit internally for positions as a way to help encourage the professional growth of our current team members. Those opportunities can be found on a dedicated page of our internal Wiki site and also through announcements made to company wide Slack channels. Our turnover for 2024 is currently trending to be well below our 2023 and 2022 data. Some attrition is par for the course as people have new opportunities that present themselves, situations that require their full attention, or a number of other circumstances that could lead to separating from the company. In addition to the many career paths that our team members have available to them, we also work to provide programs such as access to self-guided and instructor-led training, Walk-a-Day, Career Coaching, Peer Mentoring, and reimbursement for courses and certifications to help grow their skill sets. Improving is very important to us and part of our core values so we appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. We encourage you to reach out to recruiters@inmotionhosting.com if you have any additional feedback.
