Doesn’t listen to the wants of public, poor management & communication with staff, poor employee appreciation, admitted in private to age discrimination towards older potential hires, treat long term employees poorly in comparison to new employees, direct supervisors spread so thin they often aren’t available when needed, understaffing issues with no plan to resolve only pushing longer hours onto other employees, favoritism, myself & others missed several evaluations and check-ins due to management issues
