Pros

I guess if you like management being complete jerks to you that’s a pro.

Cons

Writing people up for being, no kidding, moments late. Allowing managers to do whatever the bleep they want. Intimidation. Forcing you to be RARA in pointless video meetings. Just corporate aggression packed into an unassuming non profit credit union.
