Compensation is evaluated as part of the Satisfaction category and the current Satisfaction score is 8.3/10, putting InRule in the 95th percentile of Officevibe user companies. We continue to track market standards for salary and make every effort to be competitive. With regard to communication, InRule recognizes the importance of communication and transparency and holds monthly town hall meetings to keep the whole team informed of key developments and news.
