Pros

Learning experience, opportunity to break into IT.

Cons

Horrible and toxic work culture, which comes directly from management and trickles down to the employees. Don't be fooled by the Friday happy hours and puppy Fridays. There is a reason employees are leaving left and right. Save yourself the trouble and apply elsewhere.

Pros

Coworkers that were not management were amazing. Such skilled individuals unfortunately, they are taken advantage of by management.

Cons

Where do I begin? Grossly underpaid for the responsibilities. Huge pay gap between employees that do the same job. Most employees with 0 software experience make 10-25k more than others for the same job. They tell everyone that leaves that they will take legal action for "non competes" to try to scare everyone that they may get sued, this made others want to leave even more.. It is threatening and honestly disgusting. Do not work here, this company is the most toxic place I have ever worked. Management leaves around 12-2PM on Fridays, yet their employees are left to work till 5. They are the reason why people leave. People on my team would quit weekly.

Pros

Everyone I have worked with on the same level as me has been great. Most people that leave InSync move on to high paying jobs, which is comforting. My team members are the best I have ever worked with.

Cons

Management is a mess, no clear leadership and they act like high schoolers. Management picks favorites and will make the ones that are not favorites feel uncomfortable. The company structure does not adapt with the times and we are extremely underpaid. No 401k match.... which is unheard of in tech. We get a whole 2 days work from home if you are there for a year....Everyone is leaving for a reason
