Pros

The most blameless engineering culture I've encountered. The corporate culture "core values" list that are actually valuable and workable. Company was founded as remote from the beginning, and very well managed as remote work (vs. some companies that had to go remote because of the pandemic, and didn't establish good remote culture)

Cons

A lot of mid-upper leadership churn, leading to product fragmentation, leading to market losses.

Pros

- Amazing group of individual contributors, some of the best I've ever worked with - Fully remote

Cons

- Company shifted focus to a single product with many competitors and has no chance of winning - Mountains of tech debt and no top-down prioritization of fundamental fixes - Two-faced CEO - Stock options cost more to exercise than current value

Pros

The company lives out their core principles listed on their career page and has a very compelling roadmap ahead. InVision is especially great for people who thrive in a remote work setting.

Cons

People are still recovering from a number of changes within the company, but things are definitely coming together and the future looks bright.
