There is too much politics, especially in Chennai branch. There is one Manager who thinks of himself as department head or something. He makes employees do menial jobs like making PPTs and doing documentation. Everyone working under him has to fill a daily status tracker, where u have to fill, hour by hour, what u worked on everyday. Not just that, the same has to be sent in mail everyday after getting it verified by team lead. On top of this, we have to go through his taunting talks and comments. I have seen him make employees cry by passing very hurtful comments. No matter how hard you work under him, he will not support you in anyway.

Employee needs to work at client location. No free lunch
