      Pros

      -Timely Salary - Salary Advance - Work Life Balance - Onsite Opportunities - - Open door policy - Anyone one can really knock any door here - Hike is good - Management makes efforts to get new business and keeps you updated about any new developments. - Organization is growing and a lot of investment is being done in field of Data Analytics and IOT. No Investment problem. - A lot of opportunities for people who are looking their career in Data Science and Internet of Things(IOT).

      Cons

      Initially HR was not active and no Employee centric policies were there but in last one year, there is lot happening at HR end. They are coming with a lot of Employee friendly policies.

      Pros

      Small company, lots of freedom of action, great culture and some really solid people. Growing really fast and lots of opportunity. Very little politics - lots of roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Decent compensation.

      Cons

      Sometimes seems disorganized and unstructured - probably because it's still a small company. But I'd trade off lack of policies and procedures for a positive culture and freedom to make a difference.
