      ZERO There are no pros that can make you work with Incedo

      Cons

      Three Months Notice Period Incompetent Senior Management Lack of infrastructure and Facilities (have you seen their other office, it is pathetic) No Standard Policies Irresponsible HR No future visibility of work across the organization Politics and Red-Tapism in every Business Unit Uncultured people and culture of threatening people Countless hours of work, with zero appreciation They are trying to phase out WFH, you will be called to the office unnecessarily. Compensation policies are outdated No team culture, people will either try to take credit or delegate work Never join INCEDO even if they promise better pay, you will regret your decision within 2 months guranteed!!!!

      Excellent Company. Good Pay and benefits.

      They will offset all the benefits then. The ample Time time which one get as work life balance slow poisions you and your career. If one look for work life balance which means the company is eating your golden Time/ You self poison yourself. Before a goat/buffalo get chopped, on a daily basis it will get enoromous food and remain in harmony the goat will become stout .and it doesnt know that tomorrow butcherman will come. So, please self doubt and ask yourself that why you are receiving such spaces. If someone appreciate you, you just tap your head to the wooden door atleast the pain will show the very good way. just a way to defend yourself. Dont be a staright wood. If some one ask can you cut himalayas with in a Time frame just say Yes and give them an estimate that you have will surface it tomorrow and share the photo

      Worse Management specially in Life Sciences

      Pros

      Nothing at all. No pros are left in the company since new incompetent people were hired to manage Life Sciences in the past 1-2 years.

      Cons

      1. No work-life balance. 2. After promising WFH and remote work, they are forcing people to pointlessly come to the office. 3. The mid and high-level management think that they are Gods. They sarcastically comment on people's personal choices which are meaningless. 4. Management is forcing their decisions on people. 5. There is no new business in Life Sciences, and all the management is playing the blame game. 6. There is no employee respect and satisfaction in Incedo. 7. Recently, Inexperienced people have been given high posts, leading to the crumbling down of the entire Life Sciences ecosystem due to incompetence.
