The overall culture of this organization is rotten. Leaders in senior management positions only know how to delegate tasks. They will not bother to lift a finger and will keep on delegating their tasks to lower levels. The infra in this company is pathetic. There is no parking, the food is worst and the approach to the premises is really bad. You do not get anything in the pantry, just pathetic coffee, and tea. They do not give you any snacks like chips, juices, cold drinks, etc. nothing. There are no perks like overtime or mandatory vacations. You need to be available 24X7 and work without complaint. People are really rude in the entire organization. It is a politics-driven organization. If you are doing your job really well, it does not matter unless you stoop to the level of dirty office politics. Recently people have been hired as Directors and Senior Managers who have no competency, especially in Life Sciences who have completely destroyed team dynamics, and harmony and are trying to bring in a dictatorship rather than leadership. There are no employee beneficial policies in this organization. HR and Managers are really partial. Be it appraisals, awards, or rewards, partiality and favoritism are the only criteria here.

Assign and remove employees from and to new project without notification to employees. Feels like no job security . Worst team management. Worst IT support. Not sure why. But everyone here creating dependency. And worst thing is management doesn’t care about it.
