All the departments are shameless here. People do not want to work at all. People say something but do something else. You will be trapped with all the negativity and depressing culture of this organization. They have 3 months notice period, which is really not desirable. They have no standardization and their brand value is so infamous, clients do not trust this company. Senior Management is so bad, they are losing projects every single day and there is no work left. You will be fired soon after joining.

1. 3 months notice period. 2. Very rude directors and senior management, especially in life sciences. 3. There are no projects and the current project may also not last too long. 4. There is a hire and fire culture. 5. Management is forcing people to come to the office unnecessarily. 6. The infrastructure is so poor, you will never want to go to the office. 7. Senior Managers and Directors are dictators here, especially in life sciences. They are highly incompetent and yet will try to supress you in every manner possible.
