There is not even a single Pro in this company. Please do not trust the fake reviews that paint only a rosy picture, let's be realistic.
Cons
1. No work from home 2. Poor Infrastructure and Facilities - No Parking, Bad Food, Shabby building, Not enough space for the employees, especially in Life Sciences 3. Senior Management has no interest in projects. Everyone is just worried about stealing credit so that they can justify their position. They are highly incompetent and have not been able to get a single new client in the past 4-5 years. 4. You will get stuck in the internal politics and inter-departmental war whenever you will try to do something good. 5. There is no responsibility for the client work in this company. All everyone thinks about is how to justify their daily working hours. 5. Instead of doing something productive for the client, you will be stuck in work for 12-13 hours each day which would lead to nothing, but you will just be satisfying the egos of Directors and Senior Directors, especially in Life Sciences. 6. They are hiring people unnecessarily when they are losing the current projects, forget about new projects. You will definitely face firing sooner or later if you join this pathetic org, especially in the Life Sciences department. 7. Nobody cares about client needs or problems, this is probably the worse company to join, if you are honest and cannot be too diplomatic, becuase honesty and transparency is not rewarded here, instead you will get into trouble if you are honest and express your thoughts freely, no matter how right you are. 8. Senior Management should listen to the people, rather than imposing their decisions. Just because you have a fancy designation does not make you right all the time. In fast, it is often the other way round and when they do not listen to people's thoughts and opinions, they land into trouble with the clients, but then it's too late already. 9. HR has no say and are like headless chickens. They just follow orders even if it is for the worse for employees. They are stuck into intimating firing news to employees, making people buy CEOs' book, posting fake reviews on Glassdoor, Twitter and LinkedIn etc. 10. Three months notice period is a big blow. Hypocritical enough, they look for immediate joiners and when it comes to firing, they will ask you to leave in a single day. Also, if you resign and ask for Notice Period Negotiation, they will upfront refuse. There is no integrity at all. 11. There is no team spirit, especially from Directors and Senior Directors. They just know how to force people, threaten them so that they themselves do not have to do anything and their subordinates should work for long hours and hand everything to them on a platter for them to present it to their seniors and take all the credit. 12. In short, do not join this organization if you have little bit of self respect and do not want your life to be hell.
