      Pros

      - Rigorous hands-on training when hired. They prefer you to not have experience because their method of recruitment is way more thorough and collaborative than most recruitment firms. - They constantly look to improve the tools and technology they use. - Steep bonuses and earning incentives with different structures based on your performance - Many people who work here are good, down-to-earth people. Even though the industry as a whole is competitive, many here don't compromise their values to do dishonest work just to make a sale or win a client over. - If you end up liking recruiting and get good at winning over teammates/clients, you can succeed financially and get promotion/bonus opportunities here quickly

      Cons

      - Minimal flexibility towards hybrid/remote scheduling for employees. - KPI targets are aggressive and not often hit due to things related to the job that are beyond your control - managers tend to play favorites - part of your success/advancement relies on them personally liking you vs. being an actual producer for the company.
