      Pros

      I cannot say enough good things about this organization. I joined Doctor On Demand a year ago and now being part of the Included Health team, I am so grateful for the opportunities I've had to grow and develop. The attention leadership gave to making the merger process as smooth as possible for all employees was also a clear demonstration of how much they value their people. It's a true mission driven company, with incredible benefits as a combined organization and lots of flexibility for a healthy work life balance. I am proud to work here and look forward to many more years!

      Pros

      Transparency with leadership. Great executive team. You really feel valued as an employee and not replaceable at all. Best manager I've ever had. Company culture is healthy. Great benefits and pay. All employees seems to be very invested in the shared mission of company and you can feel it!

      Cons

      Remote employees don't have any opportunities to see their colleagues if they don't live local. Would love it if there would be a annual holiday party or gathering. Hopefully after COVID.

      Pros

      Very responsive leadership team. No micromanagement of practice styles. Flexible Schedules. Work from home with competitive salary and benefits. Feedback is actually taken by management and technical team and changes are made based on feedback.

      Cons

      Occasional technical glitches (But in the day and age of digital everything, this is not unique to this job)
