      Motivated and competent colleagues; internal promotions, encouraged to try new things. Constantly improving.

      Cons

      Still putting in place processes in some departments. Some departments have a lot of strategic thinkers and not so many "get things done" people.

      Work roles are way understaffed, role for several staff done by one person No work life balance Immature management who knowingly or otherwise forego quality work for unrealistic timelines Management treats staff unjustly and unprofessionally Very high staff turnover, many new staff don’t make it much past a year or so
