      The people are amazing. Talented and committed. The culture is also great. The science is remarkable. The products are transformative. All around good company.

      Cons

      Some departments do not have the flexibility for significant remote work - which can make it challenging for working parents and others who need that flexibility, etc. Varies by department/function.

      Benefits and compensation are excellent....but golden handcuffs

      I worked regularly 60 weeks, won multiple awards, knew my system inside out (My new boss came with ZERO experience in my area) and mentally beat me down because she had didn't know MY job at all. When I was fired, they wouldn't show me the policy they cited (there wasn't one because I was drafting language at time of termination) and was in a protected class, which EEOC agreed with. And when I asked a peer for a reference, I was told he wasn't allowed to do so. After years and a spotless record
