Business Outlook
Pros
Decent paymasters but very toxic environment with huge egos at the leadership/mgt level. A lot of them do very little to add value to the bottom line and are usually transplants from big pharma looking to milk their last 10-15yrs at this company.
Cons
Work culture esp in medical affairs is non inclusive - lot of lip service paid but mgt only bosses people around with little to no direction. Most time spent planning for off site parties, Halloween and year end soirées. Regular team meetings are a joke, half of the time spent discussing family pictures on vacation!
