Excellent pay and benefits. Nice offices. Nice people.

Cons

Located in Wilmington De and must be in office 4 days/week. Weak executive leadership leading to inconsistent decision making, lack of organization, outdated ways of working and poor performance. Insufficient training/standards for managers leading to limited accountability and inconsistency in how teams operate and how employees are treated.
