      Pros

      Pay but even this was not a "Pro" due to exteme work hours. If converted to hourly wages, would not have made minimum wage!!

      Cons

      Stressful work environment with unsupportive management, at times actually standing over you while you work. Needless to say, dysfunctional and demanding bosses, with a work/life of ziltch life.

      No leadership, work like crazy and go unnoticed, toxic, no communication and people are out there to get you

      Benefits and compensation are excellent....but golden handcuffs

      Cons

      I worked regularly 60 weeks, won multiple awards, knew my system inside out (My new boss came with ZERO experience in my area) and mentally beat me down because she had didn't know MY job at all. When I was fired, they wouldn't show me the policy they cited (there wasn't one because I was drafting language at time of termination) and was in a protected class, which EEOC agreed with. And when I asked a peer for a reference, I was told he wasn't allowed to do so. After years and a spotless record
