Pros

- Some of the best and brightest co-workers you will ever come across - Friendly team members. The two weeks of intensive training helped prepare me tremendously. My team was comprised of the friendliest group of people who were always willing to help without complaint. - Great experience managing many accounts, supporting sales, and resolving technical issues - Management in CS honestly cares about your well being, and growth potential - Exciting product updates every week - Positive company culture - there is a company "event" or "bonding experience" scheduled at minimum once a month - True work hard, play hard environment - Happy Hours! - Sports teams - Fully stocked kitchen, and lunch on Wednesdays and breakfast on Fridays :) - Client Services department overall is a friendly bunch.

Cons

- Volume of accounts can be overwhelming at times - It can be difficult working with certain sales reps

Pros

Free food, fun happy hours.

Cons

In a word: Micromanagement. If you are hitting/above your sales goals, a middle manager will still ask you why you did not make 300 calls that week. This place is what makes Glengarry Glen Ross accurate about sales. Leadership is entirely based on politics as opposed to skill, generally there is some balance.
