Pros

Real work life balance: I do not do any overtime like in my previous job and I do not bring my laptop home which is great. The company is really interested in the well being of their employees by organizing wellness challenges (charity run, sport activities..) I have been working at Indeed now for a few months but I really feel part of a team and a company as a whole. I received a welcome box when I started, good training and a lot of swags. There are already 2 international travels lined up for me next quarter. My horizons are broader and I really believe that I will be able to grow quickly. Personal development is part of our daily routine as the company is growing fast. Ambitious, professional and determined candidates are welcome here.

Cons

Not at the moment, to be honest.

Pros

-Good base salary for inside sales (45-50k base) -Decent Bonus plan -Snacks -Free breakfast -Beer Fridays free beer after 6

Cons

- No lead generation -Stupid territories that do nothing but prevent people from making money or keeping their job. -Very abrasive and inappropriate management -Obvious favoritism -Terrible Leadership -Very Militaristic (if you arrive 1 minute late or more due to no fault of your own ie. train is late be prepared to be threatened by your manager and yelled at. -Expect to be always be trying to pick up leads (days off, weekends, after 6). - be yelled at by your manager for having a life outside of work besides prospecting - Only people making serious money are the people who got grandfathered in( got to keep accounts when we switched over to territories) everyone else needs to scrounge -People there are a bunch of jerks (High school cafeteria type environment) everyone knows everyone's business -Very catty atmosphere -Managers are constantly cursing - If accounts cancel through no fault of your own (company wide systematic billing error) no quota forgiveness

Pros

Nothing besides free snacks and drinks.

Cons

1) Management does not give a damn about you. You either meet the call quotas or get yelled/threatened at like your garbage. All you are is a paid employee that they use as a human cold-caller to advertise their job search functions. 2) All you do all day is annoy businesses on the phone. Most of the time your generating your own leads as well because there is basically no leads given out to the Account Executives, so its impossible to meet the quota of 60 calls a day. 3) Just don't work here. Trust me. You didn't get a Bachelor's to make pointless calls all day and be treated like garbage. Don't trust the positive reviews for Account Executives. I personally know that they are mostly fabricated to bring in a steady flow of recent graduates to replace the ones that turnover almost constantly.
