Pros

The work to life balance is amazing here. We are encouraged to take vacations and it's never a problem if you need a day for family stuff or illness. The teamwork is great, everyone is willing to help anyone who needs it. I have never found myself stuck on a call without help when I need it. We have regular meetings with the VP who goes over everything happening with the company as well as checking on us to see if we need anything or have any questions, which I really like. Everyone seems very willing to listen to new ideas and ways to improve processes.

Cons

So far in the 5 months I have not found a single con to working here

Good People, Poor Leadership

Pros

Many of the people are kind, collaborative, and willing to help one another. There was flexibility with remote work, and the hybrid schedule offered some balance. For employees based in New Jersey, the in-office lunches were a nice perk.

Cons

The biggest challenge was leadership. There seemed to be a disconnect between executive decision-making and day-to-day realities, and experienced employees were not always trusted or empowered to do their jobs. Certain members of leadership had a negative impact on morale, and strong employees appeared to leave while less effective decisions continued to be reinforced. The culture often felt reactive instead of well-led, and there were concerns about transparency, accountability, and operational discipline.

Pros

Employees are wonderful and kind.

Cons

Leadership is lacking in empathy, direction, strategy. They hire senior leaders whom they know not because they are good but because they know them and then fire them. They have fired 2 women leaders this year no explanation given. They only like yes men and if you are not one you cannot survive here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We’re glad to hear your positive comments about our employees—collaboration and mutual respect across teams is something we value deeply. We respectfully disagree with the characterization of our leadership team and our decision-making practices. Leadership changes, while never easy, are sometimes necessary and are made thoughtfully, with care for both the individual and the organization. For privacy and legal reasons, we do not discuss the specifics of any employee’s situation publicly. We remain committed to building a workplace grounded in accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Our extremely high retention rate and being recognized as a Best Place to Work three years in a row reflect the culture we strive to maintain, while also reminding us of the importance of listening and continuing to improve. We welcome diverse viewpoints and encourage open, respectful dialogue, as honest feedback helps us grow as an organization. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
