Pros

I learned a lot in my unit

Cons

I was heavily pregnant and developed complications where I couldn’t even walk without feeling like I was gonna pass out. They told me I still needed to come into work, I ended up delivering within days of quitting because I was denied early medical leave

Pros

Pay wells, for the most part (they give you raises based on how long you've been at the company, so there could be subordinates making me than people above them who just started)

Cons

1.Horrible leadership that lack basic ethics 2.Constant changes with 0 forethought 3.Most of the decisions that happen at IU Health are based on politics and how to "get on people's good side"

Pros

401k immediately vests Supportive team environment

Cons

Little to no career advancement opportunities. It works against you to be more productive; management will put more and more responsibilities on you but you will not receive any promotional opportunities or compensation adjustments as a result of doing more. Management will make promises about career progression while actively going out and hiring external candidates into the same position titles they state are slated for you. HR lacks the ability to see transferable skills from one role to another, despite senior leadership stating the organization is moving away from focusing on years of experience and focusing on skillset instead. Additionally, no parental leave.
