      Pros

      Good benefits (if you stay in the IUH network), good coworkers, tuition reimbursement options, good place to learn, it's a job that pays bills

      Cons

      Terrible management everywhere. Lower pay than national average. If you go out of the IUH network for treatment, you'll pay like you don't have insurance. Constantly short-staffed. Don't expect raises or bonuses; they don't offer them. If you work hard, you'll get the same yearly pay increase as those who don't work. The food in the cafeteria will tear up your stomach.

      Pros

      I loved where I worked, the people I worked with, and the atmosphere. My direct manager was fantastic to work with.

      Cons

      The pay was bad. They did a pay raise and base pay increase, but only for certain people. In my position, newcomers were being hired in at a higher base pay than people like myself with years of experience in the same work, and there was no room for pay negotiation at sign-on. They also were not supportive and would not work with me at all in my pursuit to go to nursing school.

      Pros

      I u health is a great company and benefits. Lot of opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Site manager is horrible to work for. Does not care if staff is burning out, or asking for help all she does is sit in her office all day. You bring up concerns and you are being disrespectful.
