      Great people, good care, top management not in touch

      Pros

      Great people doing good work. Lots of room for growth. Sensitive to needs of patients and their families. Built on the right principles.

      Cons

      As long as your position does not require you to interact with the top management, you will love working at Clarian Health Partners. However, if you need to interact with the corner office, you will find a rather self-serving agenda that has little to do with the delivery of quality healthcare.

      Pros

      They are a large corporation buying up all the local & smaller hospitals so you can transfer to another hospital.

      Cons

      They are large corporation who have eliminated much of the competition giving you less choices to where you can work at. While you can transfer to another Clarian facility but it will still have the same type of benefits and negative points.
