      Pros

      Medical benefits, vacation time, nice campus

      Cons

      Micromanaging. No breaks, Expected to sit at computer at all times. Frowned upon if want to get up and stretch legs or talk to fellow coworkers even if it a work related question. Generally low pay with raises being 1-2% if allocated.

      Pros

      Benefits package is pretty good overall, but has changed over time. Fee courtesy is nice if your supervisor will let you work around your class schedules.

      Cons

      Huge pay disparity between jobs and departments. Jobs are limited by descriptions, no chance to adapt for changing interests or promotion.
