      Pros

      This job has good pay, great benefits, and is an opportunity to teach independently as a grad student. This job is for graduate students of Indiana University, and came with my offer to enter the program.

      Cons

      This has been a dream job. There aren't many cons. The normal bureaucratic stuff that comes with working in a University. It is nothing terrible though.

      Pros

      Overall, IU offers a positive work environment. Co-works are highly educated. The campus is beautiful and the city is largely a "college town." Great energy and culture.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, many salaries do not match industry standards. They seem to pay 20% less than the average for low to mid-level administrative positions; however, they do offer amazing benefits. Most administrative positions serve a specific purpose, so there is limited upward mobility.
