Worked here for 5 years.Excellent benefits; good PTO rules; new appointees for Executive VCs are good, involve staff in University Strategic Plan.
Cons
Turnover >30% in certain departments. No training for people who are in high managerial positions. No work likf balance although it is talked about a great deal. Micro-managers at department levels. No oversight or understanding of high turnover rates, HR turns a blind eye all the time. No efforts at correction or improvements. C'est la vie, laissez faire attitude.
