Pros
Benefits are great. A Lot of paid time off. consistant schedule. Coworkers are mostly long term employees, which gives a family feel.
Cons
ThePay is low for the industry. Limited communication from upper management. Evaluations are hardly ever performed which makes it difficult to determine where you stand. Hard to know if you are doing something right, or wrong. Threat of outsourcing our department creates an uneasy work environment
