Pros

Great benefits, cooperative work environment, flexible work/life balance, access to smart and interesting people. The technology is awesome with gigabit bandwidth internally, huge servers, and access to top name software.

Cons

Some would say staff pay is low, but the benefits make up for it.

Pros

Lots of interesting opportunities, especially for students or recent grads. Inexpensive insurance premiums.

Cons

Many positions require bachelor's degree or higher, but you typically aren't compensated for your level of experience or education due to a saturated labor market.

Pros

benefits are great. lots of time off, free software, great work-life balance. Overall a good place to work. One cannot hardly take all of the time off that is accrued annually.

Cons

The pay isnt very good at all. There are plenty of growth/employment opportunities if you are a programmer but not much else otherwise. They group analyst and programmer into the same category but give much more weight to the programmer part of the job than the analyst.
