Pros

Tuition Reimbursement Excellent Time Off - starts with 30 days for professional staff! EXCELLENT retirement contributions - They have the best contributions to a 401B that I've ever heard of -All their benefit information is available on their website and can be accessed by anyone - very helpful when determining benefits of working here Great health benefits...my premiums aren't even $20 a month for my family!

Cons

salary - HOWEVER, the salary may sound low, but when you calculate what they contribute to your retirement on top of how much you save in healthcare coverage, I took a position here that was thousands less than a previous job, but it actually worked out that I'm making more becuase of how much less is deducted from my pay for healthcare and retirement savings....it really is a better overall salary package. parking - once you have a pass you're good to go, but you may be on a waiting list for a while for a parking permit that's close and convenient to your office. regardless, you will get a pass when you work here...it's just a matter of how far you'll have to walk to make it to your building.
