      IU Campus Bus is one of the greatest part-time jobs available in Bloomington, IN.

      Pros

      The management and supervisory staff was amazing. They were extremely approachable and cared about employee's personal lives and situations. The job was also fun because you did not have a supervisor constantly looking over your shoulder while you were working. You could jump in the bus, put on your music, and just drive and talk to people for hours.

      Cons

      Working for a major university, there is a lot of red tape, and change takes a long time.

      Pros

      attention paid to work life balance, located in a an easy city to live in, nice coworkers, easy commutes to work, excellent support staff, employees seem valued, excellent gyms and fitness centers on campus

      Cons

      poor personal fit, low national recognition, pay was lower compared to other universities, many students lack motivation for a university setting - university needs to be more selective in who they admit, the strange iu - purdue mix makes politics very wierd
